JFK's niece wrecks 'petty little tyrant' Trump threatening Kennedy memorial

JFK's niece wrecks 'petty little tyrant' Trump threatening Kennedy memorial Kerry Kennedy, a daughter of JFK's younger brother, former attorney general and Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, held nothing back after hearing of President Donald Trump's justification for insisting his name should be on the memorial of an entirely different president. "It's heartbreaking to me," Kennedy told CNN anchor Jake Tapper on Friday night, while describing a recent photograph of Trump seated on Air Force One, holding what looks like a presentation poster entitled "Kennedy Center DEMOLISHED. "It's heartbreaking because this is the monument to our slain president. And this is also the monument to the arts. The most important monument to the arts in our entire country. And these are the actions of a petty little tyrant who can't get his way. And because he can't add his name to it, he's going to blow it up."

This is according to Senator John Curtis (R-UT), who was responding to reports that Donald Trump Jr's luxury wedding was paid for by a Russian oligarch. "Believe this -- a Russian oligarch paid for a lavish wedding afterparty for Donald Trump Jr., which to me, it just stinks. It's corruption. I don't like it," said Curtis in a video address posted to social media. He said that he would have more to say on the matter later, but for now asserted, "This is a big deal."

"Dear President Trump," posted Rivera, "As someone who has often supported you, including during the Russia, Russia, hoax, I ask that you forgo your announced intention to demolish the Kennedy Center if it is not named in your honor. There is no honor in that, only spite."

Impeachment coup: Mark Kelly says Hegseth just walked into a trap

Impeachment coup: Mark Kelly says Hegseth just walked into a trap Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., introduced a resolution Tuesday to impeach Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, accusing him of defying Congress and illegally continuing the U.S. war in Iran, among other crimes. However, one target of Hegseth's alleged abuses unleashed a devastating "I told you so" on the defense secretary. In addition to the defying Congress over the Iran War, Massie's eight-article resolution also targets Hegseth over U.S. military operations in Venezuela and Yemen, and accuses him of illegally directing the operation to capture Venezuelan President Nicola's Maduro without congressional authorization. It also accuses him of carrying out extrajudicial killings.

America just handed Trump a crushing two-word verdict

America just handed Trump a crushing two-word verdict A new Economist/YouGov poll of registered voters that just came out this week found that the top two words that Americans across the board endorse to describe Donald Trump are "corrupt" (53%) and "dangerous" (51%). Not even half of registered Republican voters were willing to call him "honest." This is consistent with Gallup's finding earlier this month that fully 89 percent of Americans now believe that corruption in our government is widespread, the highest number in the two decades the polling company has been asking, and a higher number than in any other advanced, industrialized democracy.
