AJA's North Star is collective apotheosis: independent organizations across the justice ecosystem acting together with coordinated intention. Success is measured by the victories made possible through that coordination.
The Arc of Justice Alliance provides connective infrastructure for individuals, organizations, and coalitions to share intelligence and resources, coordinate action, respond rapidly, and build collective power — without surrendering autonomy.
Inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.'s Beloved Community, AJA seeks to connect people across dividing lines around shared responsibility for people and the natural world.
For decades, corporate and ultra-wealthy interests have built coordinated networks of think tanks, media, donors, candidates, and strategic organizations. Meanwhile, justice organizations have often remained siloed, duplicating efforts and missing opportunities. AJA is designed to close that structural gap.
1. Digital Coordination
A searchable organizational directory, collective intelligence system, curated media hub, rapid-response channels, coalition alerts, and ecosystem monitoring.
2. Human Convening
Shared calendars, virtual strategy sessions, regional and national gatherings, and professional facilitation and support.
3. Strategic Intelligence
Mapping organizations, capacities, relationships, and funding landscapes to identify successful patterns and coalition opportunities while protecting confidential information.
4. Capacity Building
Connecting organizations with training, research, legal and technical expertise, creative resources, and leadership development.
5. Project 2029 — Movement Governance
Organizations collaboratively develop 200+ implementation-ready executive orders and pieces of legislation so future governing majorities can act from Day One.
Rather than competing for attention through outrage and social comparison, AJA is designed around useful information, meaningful relationships, shared stories, and cooperation.
Members return for rapid-response signals, coalition opportunities, new relationships, strategic research and intelligence, and a curated media hub of journalism, podcasts, and analysis.
