Whole Washington is a statewide advocacy organization that seeks to establish universal healthcare in Washington state. It develops and promotes a specific policy proposal called the Washington Health Trust, which would create a comprehensive, publicly financed health insurance program covering all Washington residents and making care free at the point of service. The organization pursues that goal through both electoral and legislative channels: running ballot initiative campaigns, lobbying the state legislature and federal representatives, and supporting related local government resolutions.
